Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached and unopened.

2. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us. As each supplier has different processes, we will need to investigate before proceeding.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as intimate apparel and personal care products, are non-exchangeable unless they are defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refunds:

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be provided for eligible items.

6. Gift Exchanges:

Items received as gifts can be exchanged within the specified timeframe. The original purchaser must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Store Discretion:
