- 01At Mommys Toy Shop - YMM, we’re committed to providing fast and discreet delivery for your convenience. By simply choosing 1-hour delivery, you will receive your order within 1 hour after all communication and payment have been arranged. All same-day orders will be delivered within 12 hours, and we’ll keep you updated so you know exactly when to expect them. We strive to make the process as fast as possible.

- 03Our product policy is designed with customer safety and satisfaction in mind. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened or used. If a product arrives defective and remains in its original packaging, customers may request a store credit once the issue has been verified. To confirm a defect, please email or text our team a short video clearly showing the problem. Once verified, a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases via a promo code. Please note that we do not process exchanges in Fort McMurray. It’s also important to remember that motors—whether in vehicles or toys—naturally generate heat during operation. The longer they’re used, the warmer they become. Most products include instructions with recommended usage times to prevent overheating or malfunction. Generally, the safe operational period is between 20 and 30 minutes.
- 04For orders within the city limits of Fort McMurray, our Same Day Delivery service is available for a flat rate of $5. 1 Hour Delivery is also offered at a rate of $10 We also proudly deliver to nearby communities: • Fort McKay: $40.00 delivery fee • Gregoire Lake Estates and Area: $30.00 delivery fee Address Accuracy: To ensure prompt and successful delivery, please double-check that your address details are correct at checkout. Orders requiring redirection due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to a $15.00 redelivery fee. We appreciate your attention to these details and look forward to serving you with fast, discreet, and reliable delivery.
- 05When you order from us, we protect your privacy and discretion. Please communicate any special delivery instructions with our customer service representatives or drivers. An example would be: Call me when you arrive and I will go to the driver's car. Don't ring the doorbell." As well as asking "Please leave on the side of the garage and text when it is there" It's no problem! It is our policy not to ring doorbells or knock at your door unless we are unable to reach you by phone or email. If you prefer to keep your address private, you can request the driver to meet you outside.
